Once you and your doctor have decided that TREMFYA ® is right for you, here’s what you can expect next:
After your insurance coverage is confirmed, your doctor will send your prescription to a specialty pharmacy, which is the only type of pharmacy that’s equipped to handle and distribute medications like TREMFYA ® .
The specialty pharmacy will call you to confirm the prescription and provide additional information about storing and taking your medication.
Make sure you answer this call so you can schedule the delivery of your medication.
If you have questions about the specialty pharmacy process, call your Nurse Guide at 1-833-WITHME1 (833-948-4631). They are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM ET. The caller ID will show “Guide withMe.”

TREMFYA ® can be administered via a One-Press patient-controlled injector device or a Prefilled Syringe.
After you’ve been trained by a healthcare professional to give yourself an injection, you may still have questions. A Nurse Guide can provide additional assistance with self-injection training and information over the phone, in person, or on an online video call.

What is TREMFYA withMe?
TREMFYA withMe is a free support program that provides access to resources that can help you start and stay on track with your treatment.
Am I eligible and how much does it cost to join TREMFYA withMe?
If you have been prescribed TREMFYA ® for approved on-label use and are 18 or older, you are eligible for this program. For those eligible, TREMFYA withMe is completely free. Eligibility for program components may vary.
What should I expect after enrollment?
Once enrolled, your Nurse Guide*—a registered nurse—will call you within 1-2 business days. The caller ID will show “Guide withMe.” On your first call, your Nurse Guide will introduce themselves and provide an overview of the support they can provide. They will ask questions to better understand you and your treatment journey, so they can best help you navigate any support you may need while on TREMFYA ® . If you have any questions about filling your prescription or paying for your treatment, your Nurse Guide is ready to help.
Call your Nurse Guide at your convenience at 1-833-WITHME1 (833-948-4631). They can be contacted Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM ET, and support is available in more than 100 languages. You can expect to connect with the same Nurse Guide each time you call.
